But when I walked into their dealership my salesman Riley Walsh was patient and attentive and answered the question that I had about the BMW I test drove. Truth is not only did I fall in love with the vehicle, but the people at the dealership. I've always wanted a BMW and I never thought that the process to get one would be that easy. The finance manager Paul went over every single detail of my contract and made me feel confident about my purchase. The one criticism that I can say is that I was at the dealership for quite some time, but because it was Saturday and busy, I didn't mind so much waiting.
