I first brought my vehicle to an acura dealreship closer to where I live. And two years of average service and an incorrect diagnosis. I decided to go elsewhere. I ended up at Acura of N. Robyn's combination of skill, experience and intuition is exactly what we had been looking for in a service consultant. Additionally, her professional ethics are superb. I am confident she would never misrepresent a problem or overcharge me in any way. I now have RObyn perform all my routine services and maintenance. I truly would not trust my work vehicle to anyone else, and I recommend her to anyone seeking a competent, trustworthy service consultant. More

I needed an oil change for my 2001 Acura CL. I made an appointment and arrived at the agreed upon time. I was met by an employee in the service bay area who took me in to see Bill Graham. Bill was very appointment and arrived at the agreed upon time. I was met by an employee in the service bay area who took me in to see Bill Graham. Bill was very friendly, wrote up the paperwork and escorted me to the customer waiting area. <br><br>The waiting area was clean, had plenty of chairs, fresh coffee, TV and a business center (phones only).<br><br>When the service was done, Bill came to the waiting area and escorted me to the cashier. The entire process was painless.<br><br>My only concern was the time it took (1 1/2 hours for an oil change, inspection and air filter replacement). I'm used to the same services provided in about 1/2 the time at the dealership I used to go to in California. However - they did a fantastic job washing my car (free).<br><br>I will definitely return to this dealership for my future service needs.<br><br> More
