I waited three hours with my toddler (due to a "paperwork error") for an oil change I was told would take an hour and fifteen minutes. Come to find at the end that when I bought the car from this same dealer error") for an oil change I was told would take an hour and fifteen minutes. Come to find at the end that when I bought the car from this same dealership seven months ago they didn't give me the key I needed to unlock my tires for rotation. I was told they could probably give me new locks, but the salesman who sold me my car wasn't there, so I'd have to make the 45 minute drive again with two children under three. And if I wanted them to replace the locks with normal bolts, well that would take another twenty minutes when I was already getting calls from home because my infant was out of pumped breast milk and I still wasn't home four hours later (and still 45 minutes from home). They said they'd follow up about the locks, but that was two days ago and I haven't heard back. Really disappointed after the buying process went so smoothly last time. More
