I was so impressed by everyone at Acura by Executive and the process was so smooth I forgot I was even buying a car. I made an inquiry on the Acura website and close to 7 dealers all approached me, I got quoted from some of them and none of them were able to do anything on my trade and all of them were trying to over charge me. Now I work in sales, so I hateeeeeee negotiating because I do it all day, I always give people the best deals so when it's the other way around in a perfect world I expect to be treated and hooked up with good deals also. Every dealer I went to closer to my home in Stamford and also NY all quoted me high and I needed to work my way down to a number. Acura by Executive gives you the best number up front!!!! I didn't need to negotiate anything and they beat all of the other guys without me needing to do anything, got me a tech package for the price of what the other guys wanted for a base. Everyone there was great from Kristin for reaching out to me via email and being very friendly and professional, Sara for being pro active for calling me in to meet in person and a big shout out to Manny Gonzalez a Rockstar of a sales consultant and my guy Steve the business manager who was such a pleasure to speak and work with. This is a true A Class dealership where they care about the customer, not making a sale but building a relationship for the long term. I was driving to work and was two blocks away from merging into highway in my 2017 Acura MDX, all over sudden my dashboard lights started to flicker and my car went dead, tried jump start few times bu merging into highway in my 2017 Acura MDX, all over sudden my dashboard lights started to flicker and my car went dead, tried jump start few times but it just won't start so, I called Acura by Executive,North Haven service dept and had my car towed to the dealership.Next day I stopped by the dealership and Tyler Leopizzo from the service dept explained to me what could be the issues with my car and he took care of my car replaced alternator, battery and valve gaskets and my car drove like brand new the next day and He mentioned that everything is covered under factory warranty didn't cost me a penny and he even had my car washed and vacuumed .Thank you so much Acura by Executive,North haven specially to Tyler Leopizzo service specialist by going above and beyond and I am so happy, Appreciated!!
