Talk about service My current lease was up (BMW) and since I had decided to take some time off (quit my job), I was in no hurry for a new car. After trips to Infiniti, Audi and Mercedes, out last stop was at Acura of Auburn. I saw 2 models I loved and Zach gave me the details on both. He answered my 87 questions, professional and patiently. He knew I wanted to lease so we got that out of the way pretty quickly, giving me the numbers for each just in case that would be a factor in y choice, which it was! I decided on a SUV, signed what I needed to sign AN AMAZING DEAL AND PAYMENT WAS EXACTLY WHAT I WANTED TO SPEND, NOT 1 PENNY MORE! Guess what? I changed my mind, returned to the dealer first thing the next morning and Nat the sales manager helped me. He too was professional and patient!
