The only place I'd ever buy a car for myself or my family I've been a customer of Acura of Auburn for about 12 years. That should say something in and of itself that our relationship's lasted longer than my first marriage. The sales team and the service team have always been professional, friendly and worked with me as a partner in deciding on both car purchases and repair decisions. They negotiate reasonably and tranparently and are focused on building a long term relationship vs. making the most money on a single transaction. This is the only dealership in my 40+ years of car buying with which I haven't needed a shower after dealing with the salesmen. I heartily recommend them for any purchase or lease, be it new, pre-owned or used. More

No hassle and no pressure. I traded in a 2012 Honda Accord with low mileage and got a great price for my trade. I leased a 2016 RDX with the Advanced Package and I love it. I had never leased a car before but they showed me the advantages of leasing vs buying. I typically only drive 8,000 to 10,000 miles a year since I retired and after my husband and I went over their figures for a few days, we agreed with the dealer that a leasing plan made more sense for our situation. Denny & Nate were a pleasure to do business with. I would definitely buy from them again and I love my RDX. More
A++ experience I'm going to recommend Acura of Auburn to all my Acura owning friends from now on! I own two Acura TL's, 2003 and 2005, and in both instances neede I'm going to recommend Acura of Auburn to all my Acura owning friends from now on! I own two Acura TL's, 2003 and 2005, and in both instances needed parts rapidly. Henry and Stacey in the parts department were both awesome and made the experience great. The first time I needed a replacement heater fan harness for my 2003, Henry got me the right part and gave me a great price as well. I had my girlfriend pickup the part for me and he even went above and beyond and gave us a printout with the official instructions on how to do the repair. The second time I needed a new rear underbody spoiler for my 2005, Henry gave me a stellar price and even guaranteed I could pick it up the next morning. I placed the order at 4:00PM and was able to pick it up the next morning around 10:00AM! Upon pickup, he offered to dispose of the large box the spoiler shipped in, which helped me out immensely. Both Stacey and Henry made the 35 minute drive to the dealership worth it. I will be returning when I'm in need of parts and when service time comes around. More

The BEST car buying experience I've ever had!! I usually purchase a vehicle every 3 years, so I decided to try leasing. I had a a 2008 Acura MDX to trade in for the new 2016 model. I met Zach who e I usually purchase a vehicle every 3 years, so I decided to try leasing. I had a a 2008 Acura MDX to trade in for the new 2016 model. I met Zach who escorted me on a test drive. Very knowledgable in Acura vehicles and also very pleasant to talk with. I decided to go forward with the lease. However, we ran into a snag almost immediately. Turns out my trade in was in a major accident before I purchased it used. I was unaware of this (always pull those car reports!). So basically my car had negative equity and the payments for the lease were going to be more than I wanted to pay ... Never mind the down payment went up also. Disappointed, I was ready to call it a day, but without a word from me, Zach spoke with Nathan the manager and they gave me a great discount and a deal I couldn't turn down!! It was undeniable they wanted to do business with me and it showed! Not only that, they had the vehicle ready for me same day. They really worked hard for me that day! It really was the BEST experience I've ever had (and I've had plenty), and not just because they worked with me on price, but because they are just some of the most pleasant people I've dealt with in the car business. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! More

Great experience Best car purchase ever. No hardsell at all. It started out just my husband and I stopping by to look at cars and with Rick greeting us and showing us Best car purchase ever. It started out just my husband and I stopping by to look at cars and with Rick greeting us and showing us around and having a casual conversation we decided to make a deal with only 15 minutes till closing and that's all it took with him, Don and Nate making it happen that night. When the car arrived and we came to pick it up, Heather had everything ready for us and the transaction couldn't go any smoother. They even surprised us with yet another incentive discount that had become available! Don spent a great deal of time going over the newest features and Rick made sure he was present for the delivery and stayed until we drove away. Everyone at Acura of auburn that we had the pleasure of talking to or dealing with was friendly, courteous and respectful. We were absolutely satisfied with everything.
