I recently bought a 2019 RDX at Acura of Berlin. I have purchased many cars over the years and this was the best car purchase experience I ever had. The Acura of Berlin facility is terrific and everyone was helpful and friendly. I never felt any pressure from the sales person or the business manager. The offer I received on my trade in was more than the published prices. My sales person was Easton Lawson and he was terrific. He answered all my questions prior to the purchase and offered to have me come back to see him if I have questions on the vehicle after the sale. Easton is personable, knowledgeable and professional. It was a pleasant experience working with him. I would definitely recommend the dealership and Easton to anyone looking for an Acura. The RDX is a dream to drive! More

Best Dealership Around! I recently purchased a 2019 RDX at Acura of Berlin. This is my second vehicle from this dealership (purchased an Acura TL in 2012). Both times I dea I recently purchased a 2019 RDX at Acura of Berlin. This is my second vehicle from this dealership (purchased an Acura TL in 2012). Both times I dealt with Gerald Campana. I specifically wanted Gerry this time because my previous experience was great and totally painless. Both times, Gerry has given me the best price and was very understanding of my needs/wants. He is great to work with and he was able to answer any question I asked. Gerry is very knowledgeable, professional, and treated me with respect. He also followed up with me the day after to see if I had any questions, concerns with my new purchase. I hope Gerry works forever!! During this visit I also dealt with Geno Humphries, who was also wonderful to deal with. And I have to add that I always brought my 2012 TL at Acura of Berlin for maintenance and the Service guys are great too! The staff at Acura of Berlin are the best I have ever dealt with, and I will only go to Acura of Berlin from here on out. As an aside, I did go to another Acura dealership for comparison, and their people/price didn't even come close to Acura of Berlin. More

Years of bad service with Acura of Berlin I have brought my car many times to this dealer since I bought it here. Every time I have gone a service person or manager has lied to me. Brought it I have brought my car many times to this dealer since I bought it here. Every time I have gone a service person or manager has lied to me. Brought it in for an issue and asked if my car was still under warranty was told “oh we’ll figure it out” diaged the issues and then was told it wasn’t under warranty any more and I had to pay the diag fee when asked why since I asked about my car being under warranty before taking it in, the response was that everyone pays the diag fee even new cars because animals might be in them. What sense does that make? Lied to my face when all they had to say was it wasn’t under warranty still and I would still have respect for this dealership. Will not be buying another car here and will not be bringing it in for service. I’ll save my 130.00 and so should you. Don’t waste your time getting lied to. More

Most of all our sales person Easton Lawson was terrific. He answered all our questions, kept us up to date on when the car would be at the dealership, made suggestions but didn’t over pressure us. Since we picked up our RDX he has made numerous calls to make sure that everything was going well. He even set up another time to go over the many aspects of the vehicle. It was such a pleasant experience to have his support. He was not only friendly but patient, very knowledgeable, and understanding. More

The professionalism was astonishing as we had gone to a few other dealerships prior in the day and not ONE person came out. His patience and personality were key to us deciding to move forward with Acura of Berlin. We were looking at used Cars, but after meeting with Andres and discussing finances we found it best to go with a 2018 lease. The dealership was technically closed, but Andres continued talking to us and we went on a test drive with a 2018 Acura MDX. We not only fell in love with the car, but also the dealership!! I have recommended them to any one that listens when I discuss my new car!! They went over and beyond!!! A++ service!!! More
