Big Waste of Time Called and ask the finance manager if the car was traded in he said "yes". When a dealer lies to me it makes me wonder why (Greed, desperate?). I would not recomend this dealer. More

Always the best car shopping experience anywhere around! I was assisting my Aunt with her next car purchase, going with her to compare many makes and models over a period of 3 months. Even though there were many other Acura dealers closer to her, she took my advice and we both weren't disappointed one bit! I have recommended many friends to Acura of Berlin, and they all had phenomenal experiences there. Jerry, Andre, Phil, & Geno were all great, and made this a really easy and stress free process. Not only did they get us a car that was not in stock, but they didn't utter any frustration in doing so, rather being very happy and willing to get the exact vehicle we wanted. I can't say the same for any other dealer, regardless of brand.
