Unplanned Service to Replace Battery I've been going to Acura in Berlin for over 12 years and have always had excellent service. Service Consultant, Keith Davis is my family's go to for I've been going to Acura in Berlin for over 12 years and have always had excellent service. Service Consultant, Keith Davis is my family's go to for our service needs. We own 4 Acuras so we visit them often. My car battery died and Keith immediately had me to come in to get it replaced. We can always rely on Acura for all our service needs. Everyone there is exceptional and they make us feel important each and every time. Perry, the Service Manager is also great to work with. Tony Braglia, General Manager came over to me to introduce himself because he knew how often we visit and much business we do with them. Great team - friendly, welcoming, and very responsive! Great, will be back. Normally the idea of bringing my used car to the dealership (instead of my personal mechanic) would cause some anxiety. Acura of Berlin was able to qu Normally the idea of bringing my used car to the dealership (instead of my personal mechanic) would cause some anxiety. Acura of Berlin was able to quickly and accurately diagnose the noise coming out of the rear of my 2014 MDX, get me up to date on recommended maintenance, and fix the problem all for a very reasonable fee. And I was able to get my car back the next day. Not your typical "dealer" experience... I was pleasantly surprised and will be back without fear for sure. More
