To start, everyone we encountered or dealt with was extremely friendly and welcoming, but certainly not smothering. Second, they are set up with no haggle pricing where they show you the sticker and the discounted, "best" price for the vehicle. And last, but nowhere near least, is the sales staff. Our salesperson, Larissa, has to be the most knowledgeable salesperson I have ever come across. I research purchases to the nth degree and often find myself often knowing more about a vehicle than the salesperson. Not even close with Larissa. She knew every technical detail, answered every question, and spent all the time needed to make sure we were happy and informed, both prior to the sale and after. Loved this experience! Would recommend Acura of Berlin and Larissa to anyone interested in an Acura. More
