Car did not appear to have had a car wash when I picked up the car after the service was performed. Was fairly covered in dirt when I picked it up. There was also random plastic in the truck with a very st up the car after the service was performed. Was fairly covered in dirt when I picked it up. I dropped-off my RDX, thinking I had scheduled an appointment on-line, but it didn’t appear at the Service Department. Nevertheless, Dan was excellent and very accommodating. Bought my mdx from someone who brought her Acura in for every service it needed- never went anywhere else. I was a little lost when I walked in but everyone was very nice and directed me on where to go. Th every service it needed- never went anywhere else. This is the nicest car I’ve owned a little pricey for me but the car is absolutely fantastic, the service provided by Acura is great and you really take care of your customers. I find that since I’m young, I get treated like a child and you didn’t make me feel like that. May I ask- I was asked if I wanted my car washed off. Is that a free service when you come in when your car in serviced. I was not told...so I turned it down! Thank you and I’m so excited to be in the Acura family!!! More
