Excellent service but no mask! As always, I got excellent service for my RDX. Because of the COVID-19 pandemic, a loaner was brought to my home. BUT: The service person was not we As always, I got excellent service for my RDX. Because of the COVID-19 pandemic, a loaner was brought to my home. BUT: The service person was not wearing a mask and said nothing about whether the loaner had been sanitized before it was brought to my home. I did so myself. When he came to bring my car I mentioned that I'd have hoped he wear a mask. Also, I wasn't told whether my car had been sanitized after it was serviced. I would have hoped this factor would have been addressed by a dealership with your reputation. More

I had large oil stains on my garage floor after the ring job due to the oil consumption recall. I have the pics. The only explanation I got was the gasket on the oil filter was folded over and the te job due to the oil consumption recall. I have the pics. The only explanation I got was the gasket on the oil filter was folded over and the tech didn’t see it. How does that happen when anyone who does an oil change knows to oil the gasket before putting the filter on? I was left with puddles of oil to clean up and a shrug from the poor service guy who tried to explain it and said it happened before. Second, the first time I tried to check my oil level, which was a couple of weeks after my service, both struts were bad and could not support the hood. I was told they were wear and tear parts and I could only buy new ones. No one would cover them. How do they fail only after I get the car serviced?? It is an amazing coincidence that they failed sometime between everything being reassembled and the first time I opened the hood because I never had a hint of an issue the three years prior. More
