As I mentioned yesterday it's very frustrating when a service department can not duplicate a problem in order to make the correct repair as well as in form the manufacture. This vehicle has over 104K miles and is out of the warranty extension period but we went to bat for you and Acura is taking care of 75% of this repair. I asure you we strive on customer service and satifaction. I appreciate you allowing us to come to a solution on your RDX and it should be ready this afternoon.
