My wife and I decided it was time to purchase a luxury sedan. I went on-line to research recommended vehicles with solid performance and maintenance reviews and decided to pursue a late model, low mileage sedan. I then started my search with our local Acura dealers but was unable to find the car I wanted with the mileage and pricing I was seeking. I then expanded my search and found the model, pricing, and mileage I wanted at Acura of Johnston. When I contacted the dealership I was greeted by Kirk Lemon. I had hoped to travel to the Des Moines area to test drive the vehicle but that didn't transpire so, based on Kirk's solid answers to my questions about the vehicle, his first-hand knowledge of the previous owner, and the Car-Fax report, I decided to purchase the vehicle, a 2020 Acura TLX, sight unseen. Thanks to Kirk's superior service and the prompt and excellent communication provided by both he and his Finance Manager, Carrie Johnson, I felt confident in my purchase and the Acura of Johnston dealership.
