We had the 30,000 mile service completed on our MDX. I made the error of not asking if an oil change was included. What surprised me is the service team didn’t see that I had hit the mileage limit on the made the error of not asking if an oil change was included. What surprised me is the service team didn’t see that I had hit the mileage limit on the sticker or that the oil life was down to 40%. A good service team would have noticed the oil and asked a question. Instead, it wasn’t done and when I asked about it I was told it wasn’t noted on the summary of work to be done. More

Alex was very attentive and helpful in finding the right car. The only minor complaint was that it took a while to get all the paperwork and financing completed. Also, I wish it would've been explained better as to how they came up with my trade in value (ex: what was the kelly blue book value used then cost of any deductions due to repairs).
