Dishonest approach to sales The purchase process was a total mess. Sejad tried to make everything right, but we still left there never wanting to go back. Cody was our Salesman and was shady and dishonest with us. We found out later 2 packages should have been part of the sticker price but were not. You learn about the extra $1,000 or so dollars after the fact. He made us believe they were optional and he forgot to take them off the price. Just be upfront with customers, honesty wins every time! Still in process Have not received registration, title and plates. Splash guards not installed as agreed - awaiting resolution - have been advised they are on order. We currently have three Acura's (the 2020 RDX we just purchased, 2017 MDX and a 2013 MDX) so our expectations are high. I trust everything will be resolved promptly.
