Great service I had my MDX and TLX serviced consecutively. Not Impressed with Covid Precautions Dropped off my vehicle to have the Lithia Lifetime Oil Change completed. This is the first time I have used this dealership for such services. No one was wearing masks or social distancing, saw one advisor talking to an elderly lady less than 3 ft apart. They did have plexi glass on their desks, but that is the only thing I noticed that they were doing in terms of COVID precautions. My car was pulled up by a man not in any Lithia or Acura clothing, didn't have a mask/gloves, no seat coverings or anything. I left the dealership perplexed with my experience, and shocked that an organization the size of Lithia doesn't have mandates in place for all of their stores. In terms of the service, I was told their was a small oil leak and I needed to go to the Honda dealer for that, as it should be under warranty. No other explanations of the inspection that was completed, although I was handed 2 pages of suggestions and things that were "due". Will probably try another Lithia dealer in the area next time hoping they are more friendly and following better precaution measures. More
