Lots of confusion We were contacted about turning in our leased 2016 MDX early to do a pull ahead and upgrade to the 2018. We were not looking to do this. We were good about being well under miles so this made our vehicle very appealing to them to turn around. After some talking in August about price, etc. we declined. They called back in Sept. and we set our price and expectations to make any deal. There was a lot of back and forth on that. We also wanted the trailer hitch we paid for to be switched over to the new car and that took some figuring out. Once we sat down to do the paperwork, we ran into some confusion or lack of good communication as to how unused miles would be carried over to the new car and how many miles I would be allowed per year. It turned out to be less mileage than we had expected and were told that was the trade off for getting a lower price. That was a surprise to us. So, long story long, it took over a month to finalize the messed up paperwork correctly and get a hitch and plugin put on. Did I mention that the paperwork to get the new plates was turned in late so I had to drive with an expired paper tag. I was asked to pay a $43 late fee to get the plates and then we'd be reimbursed. I said no, you can overnight a check and I'll pick up the plates in a day! We were called over a month after signing the lease about not making an extra payment that was supposed to be paid by the dealership in the first place so I had to make calls to fix that. Complete cluster from start to finish. I will say that the two people we dealt with were friendly enough and were prompt in returning calls and being available by text in an effort to make things right. Hindsight, I'd just have kept the previous car to the end of the lease. More

Not a good experience My boyfriend brought in my van. They didn't ask him if he wanted it washed. Esperience Alen was great - really came through for us when our one week old TLX didn't start. obviously we were not happy about it. Alen started work that day at 1:00 and until then No one would help us and they transferred us to the service dept. Was told we were responsible to get it towed into your shop - the service shop was busy - they'd put us on the list and would get to us when they could. Again, NOT HAPPY. AND NO we did NOT leave the lights on........ We have bought 4 RL's and now one TLX and 5 CRV's (ames) We felt we should have been treated better. But when Alen came to work he sent someone out to the house and he found the problem and could fix it here. More
