Tire Rotation Pricing Went in for oil change and B1 service. Asked them to rotate tires and was told it would be $22 for tire rotation - Ok with me. When I went to get the car they explained they only needed to rotate one side of tires, not all four. When I questioned why I was charged the full $22 to rotate tires when they only rotated half of them they said "Unfortunately that is the policy." So maybe that is how it is done everywhere, I really don't know - never run across that before. But, I was surprised by that. More

One of two dealers we will not go back to Expectations were set... a few minutes and a couple signatures. We could not provide the cash needed until our car was privately purchased on Sunday. And we were in a hurry because we needed to get home. Over an hour later and several more ‘just a few more minutes’ AND all paperwork had to be signed. I was mad. Dishonest and pressure, likely to meet certain numbers for the month. we finished this purchase but will drive anywhere else if we chose Acura next time. More
