I recently brought my 2020 RDX in for routine maintenance and a to get a key fob reprogrammed. The key I broght to get reprogrammed was from another Acura that I had previously owned, which I let the dealer and a to get a key fob reprogrammed. When I dropped my car off the dealer told me they'd call my back by 4pm, which they didn't. I called them the next morning for an update around 9:30am and again never recieved a call back. At 11:30am I called again, as it was Saturday and I needed to make sure I got my car back. I was told my car was ready so I went straight over to pick it up. When I was checking out, I was told they were not able to program the key, but they still had to charge me ($100) for the time they spent trying. I expressed my dissapointment as I was told by the dealer they could program the key, and at no point did they indicate that it may not work. If they had called and let me know that it might not be possible and given me the opportunity to approve them trying with the understanding I would pay for their time, whether or not they were successful, I could understand. But that didn't happen. I've since followed up with 2 differnent contacts at the dealer, with no reply from either. I've also not recieved a survey for the service provided, which is a first. Maybe they only send surveys when the experience is good??? I've bought or leased 4 cars with this dealership and was shocked by the poor service and complete lack of communication. Being a loyal customer, I expected more. Generally I don't write reviews unless they're good, but in this case I felt like I needed to let people know, that this dealer seems to have lost their way as it relates to customer service. I completely understand them not being able to program the key, but was more than disappointed that they charged me for work not completed, with no communication whatsoever. More

I purchased a new Acura RDX in November 2024, but my experience with the dealership has been disappointing. I have been trying to get a wheel lock for my vehicle but have not received any helpful assistance. Unfortunately, this experience has left me dissatisfied, and I will not be purchasing from them again. I recommend finding a dealership where you will be appreciated and receive the respect and communication you deserve. More
It was easy to schedule an appointment. My wait time was reasonable. Added information of future service needs and associated costs welcomed. Hand was always a nice touch. I have been to this dealership many times for service. I have always had a satisfactory experience until now. I went for a routine oil change that included checking fluids. the service rep handling my ca I have always had a satisfactory experience until now. I went for a routine oil change that included checking fluids. the service rep handling my case said ok see you in an hour. after an hour and a half she came into the waiting area to inform me of the status of my car. I said wow it is taking a long time . when I finally got to take my car she told me with an ATTITUDE that my service ususall takes 1.5 hours. I said but you toold me it would only be an hour . She just rolled her eyes and went on about her job. More
