I purchased a new Acura RDX in November 2024, but my experience with the dealership has been disappointing. Unfortunately, this experience has left me dissatisfied, and I will not be purchasing from them again. I have been to this dealership many times for service. I have always had a satisfactory experience until now. I went for a routine oil change that included checking fluids. the service rep handling my ca I have always had a satisfactory experience until now. I went for a routine oil change that included checking fluids. the service rep handling my case said ok see you in an hour. after an hour and a half she came into the waiting area to inform me of the status of my car. I said wow it is taking a long time . when I finally got to take my car she told me with an ATTITUDE that my service ususall takes 1.5 hours. I said but you toold me it would only be an hour .
