Went for service which was done well but unfortunately my paperwork accidently got hidden and only was found after being patient for two hours I went out and asked and my paperwork was found. Loyal client for 192k mi. I've kept up with all routine maintenance by having my vehicle serviced at this dealership at each interval. Even so, the right rear wheel fell off I've kept up with all routine maintenance by having my vehicle serviced at this dealership at each interval. Even so, the right rear wheel fell off on my MDX because of bad bearings. I've since then repaired all wheel bearings by this dealership. Most recently, the diagnostic fee was not rolled over into repair cost as it had been in the past. While making the appointment I was told the fee would be rolled over. Day of the repair, I was told the manager had made the call to not follow this practice for some time. Payment for service at this dealership is by cash or debit (additional charge is applied when paying by cc) Well, I guess it's time to move on to a different Make. More
