Horrible horrible horrible!!! From my very first experience with buying from Acura of Memphis the service was horrible... I went into the dealership in 2013 with no particular vehi From my very first experience with buying from Acura of Memphis the service was horrible... I went into the dealership in 2013 with no particular vehicle in mind to purchase but ended up finding a very nice fully loaded Mercedes GL450... I traded my Infiniti G35 in to only receive a “nice” lemon... after about 2 weeks of the lemon they agreed to finding a vehicle on the lot for the same price of the Mercedes... I then got an Acura MDX in which didn’t have all the whistles of the Mercedes or my Infiniti that I traded in... but it was nice. I actually ended up really liking it to the point I kept it 5 years (and still have it). Once I paid it off (early) I received a letter in the mail from the bank saying I may be entitled to a refund for any extra products I may have purchased with the SUV. I called Acura continuously for over a month getting the run around and leaving multiple messages with no returned calls. Finally, I spoke with someone who was willing to assist me. They got my contact info and was going to mail me some papers to sign. Needless to say I never received any papers. So I had had enough, I made a hour and 30 mins trip to Memphis because I lived in Mississippi to talk to someone face to face. When I talked to someone in finance, he told me “technically” I would get minimal refund to then telling me I would receive no refund for the gap plan that I had purchased with the vehicle because it was a fee to cancel the services and the fee would exceed what I would get in refund. So I said thank you and left... and to NEVER return again! I wouldn’t advise anyone to shop at that location. Horrible, horrible, horrible! More

Brian Richards, service advisor, greeted me and began to explain th I took my 2009 Acura Tl in for service to replace worn oil pump seals on 11/16/18. Brian Richards, service advisor, greeted me and began to explain the time frame to complete the required maintenance task. Since it was going to take a full day to complete the task he suggested a rental car. I was glad Brian made that suggestion since it would be the next day when my vehicle woud be ready. It's people like Brian who makes a customer feels like they have your back and care about you.
