Courteous, knowledgeable, honest The title of this review sums my experience with the service department at Acura of Omaha. My 2014 MDX was in for warranty repair. I asked that the The title of this review sums my experience with the service department at Acura of Omaha. My 2014 MDX was in for warranty repair. I asked that they inspect the front and rear disc pads for wear as the vehicle is approaching the 50,000 mile mark. Inspection revealed the pads were still serviceable, replacement not necessary at this time. Point is, they could have reported replacement pads were necessary due to the mileage, but they did not. Jerry House, service manager, runs an honest operation. I'll be back. More
Oil change and had some work done that was recommended. Was given a courtesy car to drive when the recommended work was done on my Acura TL. Regular maintenance Couldn't have had a better experience. I would recommend the service department to anyone. I was able to get in the day I wanted and had a loaner car. Accomodating Service Department I live out of town, so I don't get into Omaha during the week very often. I was off work to take my wife to the airport very early on a Wednesday mor I live out of town, so I don't get into Omaha during the week very often. I was off work to take my wife to the airport very early on a Wednesday morning, and called to see if by chance there was any way I could get in for an oil change. The receptionist was very accommodating, and found a time when they could squeeze me in. Pat Sedlacek was the service advisor who helped me, and he was extremely pleasant and professional. Although they were busy with other customers that had called days before to set up their appointments, Pat was able to have a technician address some additional items they found while doing their multipoint inspection. I was in and out in less than two hours. Kudos to Pat and the rest of the service department...I greatly appreciate they way they took care of my car! More

Knowledgeable salesman, but nut "pushy". We appreciated that Ed was not "pushy." He was very knowledgeable about the many features of the MDX. He was able to get the parking sensor feature (that was very important to us) without having to get the Advanced Package, thereby saving us about $5,000.00.
