STAY AWAY DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALERSHIP. It has now been 4 months since the purchase of my car and I have absolutely nothing good to say about this DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALERSHIP. It has now been 4 months since the purchase of my car and I have absolutely nothing good to say about this dealership. I have had about every problem you can imagine with the incompetent staff that works at Acura of Orange Park. To make this review shorter, I thought a bullet list might be best: - I financed my car with Acura of Orange Park, they put a completely different lien holder on my title which caused a huge mess. It has now been 4 months since purchase and my bank has still NOT received my title. -It took over 30 days for them to transfer the title into my name (against state law) -It took over 30 days for them to pay off my trade in -I had to drive around with an expired dealer tag for over a week because one of the incompetent employees sent me a tag with the same exact (expired) date as my original dealer tag. -I had to drive around with an expired registration for several weeks -I was lied to about what the warranty with my certified Acura included -Staff will not answer their phones or emails I currently have a BBB complaint open with this company because of their negligence. Please do your self a favor and buy from ANY other dealership. This is a fraudulent company that does not care at all about their customers or the hardships they create. More

Amazing!!! Let’s face it, buying a car is a long and less than appealing process. After my Honda Accord was totaled I had the arduous task of car shopping. I had no idea what kind of car I wanted with there being so many options. I swear I looked at hundreds over a two month period. Finally, the Acura TLX was the one. Now all I had to do was find it. I was looking for pre-owned so that in itself poses some careful consideration. I had considered private party but really wanted the peace of mind of a certified model so to the dealerships I went. There are two locally so I started at the one closest to my home. They had some great options, two that were big contenders. I went home to ponder my decision and while doing that looked at the inventory from Acura of Orange Park. BINGO! There was the car I was looking for. Right color, interior and mileage. I called right away the next morning. I spoke to Craig the internet sales Manager. He told me the car was still there, and we immediately started working on a deal. I made an appt to come in that night. When I walked up I was greeted by Andew, who has been assigned to assist me through the sale process. What a great choice! Andrew was so knowledgeable about the car I was looking at, which by the way was exactly described - perfect. Andrew offered a test drive right away. I sat in the car and Andew started to give me an overview of the features. Many I was not even aware of. I was thinking to myself, that the other dealership had fallen short of this. The car performed as expected and when we returned I decided I would go through with the purchase. The paperwork was a breeze, Andrew talked me though the whole process and I felt comfortable and confident in my purchase and dealership. I would recommend Acura of Orange Park to anyone looking for a new or used Acura. These folks know what they are doing and value your business. I am actually referring a friend who is in the market for a new Acura TLX. Thank you, Andrew and team. You have exceeded my expectations! We will do business again someday. More
