Mr. Burtchaell: Your response is appreciated. I simply want the tinting service done on my vehicle to be corrected. The tint job was mediocre and was left with bubbles. I would also address Mr. Wes's additude about this situation. He is supposedly the service manager? If you intent on working on staffing your dealership, I would start with obtaining professional managerials to man your departments that have direct contact with customers, such as myself. I would ensure that the individuals hired with the responsibility of leading a service department have the patience, courtesy, and professionalism to handle the title. Arrogance, rudeness and lack of resolve should not be adjectives to describe a manager of a service department.

When would be a good time for you to come back to fix the bubbles in your window tint? Sometimes bubbles take up to 7 days to come out because of the moisture underneath the film, but we want to look at it and make sure that is the case so it will be resolved. Thank you, Gray Burtchaell
