I was satisfied with the customer service although I was disappointed to learn that an owners manual for my Acura TL 2004 would cost $167.00 to order. I think that is insane. My experience at the dealership was positive. I went in for a routine oil change and the service staff, including the technicians were polite, informative and efficient. Excellent experience with Acura of Orange Park service department. The dealership called me and informed me of a recall on my vehicle. Not only did they correct the recall problem but gave me a complime department. The dealership called me and informed me of a recall on my vehicle.
