Outstanding service I went in for routine service on my 2019 RDX and they thoroughly explained what they were going to do during the service call. After the initial multi I went in for routine service on my 2019 RDX and they thoroughly explained what they were going to do during the service call. After the initial multi-point inspection, they came out and went over the entire inspection with me while they completed fluid replacements, etc. The entire call was complete in under an hour.
