They were ready for my car when I arrived. The salesman who sold it to me four years ago stopped by to say hello. He still remembers that I drive a 6-speed manual transmission. The service representative was cheerful and polite and he remembered what they had done to the car on its last visit. A very nice man in one of their new SUV's drove me to my cousin's house so I wouldn't have to wait at the dealership. They phoned me to update progress and let me know when the car would be ready. It was ready on time, the work was done well, and the car was immaculately clean. I have a dog, so I know when the car is really clean! I was on my was at the time I needed to be. What more could I want??? More

Michael Ruch was inefficient, rude, and was not interested in customer satisfaction. When service was not carried out in the timely manner as promised- he rudely suggested that we take it to anothe interested in customer satisfaction. I have owned Saabs, BMWs, Audis, a Jeep and most recently my Acura. I am very familiar with the higher end auto service routine. Without question, Acura of Peabody has stood head and shoulders above any othe my Acura. I am very familiar with the higher end auto service routine. I am way out of warranty and yet come back here because they are thorough and will not quit until the job is perfect. They have worked with Acura to get a discount on a few problems that were very expensive and unusual for that car. It clearly makes me want to buy another Acura when the time comes if the service will be performed to this level. More

I absolutely would and DO recommend this dealership. I love this dealer. I can't think of one time I have been disappointed. I've been going to Acura of Peabody for 10 years now since purchasing my 2002 TL in 2001 and have always been extremely satisfied with their service. In my recent experience continued that trend. I was able to take advantage of a special service deal the week after it expired since I was out of town the last week it was valid. Phi Phi Hoang in the service department was extremely friendly and professional. I was provided a loaner car overnight to assist with a logistics issue I had when getting back to the dealership location since I am not local to the area. While my car was being serviced I received updates by phone on what findings were identified (there always seem to be some with a car almost 10 years old) as well as when my car was ready to be picked up. I felt no pressure when declining some of the recommendations. I'll be in the market for a new car soon (170K miles, about 10 years old) but my Acura has served me extremely well. The new facility in Peabody is beautiful. More

Larry Holtgrewe, Allen Lim and Vanessa Richards were very professional and courteous throughout the entire deal. We purchased our last Acura from Acura of Peabody also and have been more than satisfied with the service department. The new building is an incredible state of the art facility. The people I dealt with were all friendly and helpfull. As to price aauto repairs always seem to be more expensive than I want them to be .Especially since I have now spent over $6000 on the car this year. The people who greet you were nice enough, but if I have to wait for a service rep, they should acknowledge my existence. My rep (I forget her name) told me that I was all set with a 60k service before they did my oil and filter (she said it was done at 57k). Afterwards she told me I needed to do the 60k service and that she had no record of it. This inconsistancy is confusing; I'm pretty sure the prior owner of the car (my late father) did the 60k service. The oil and filter took 1.5 hours. That seems a little long based on me scheduling an appointment. Jiffy Lube manages to do it in about 30 minutes on a walk in and charges less. The complimentary vacuum was very good. The car wash was ok. Also I overheard my service rep explaining to another customer about something that went wrong with is service, which was why he had to wait so long, comping him the service charge, and then reminding him that her performance is based on "getting 10's" and hoping he would give her one. This was innappropriate to do in the waiting area (and honestly at all) in my opinion. Overrall my father always raved about the service at Acura of Peabody, and this is my second time bringing the car there and I'm not seeing it. More
