He and Igor Finkel(Sales Manager) were able to locate the vehicle of our choice with the color options we wanted and have it delivered shortly after completing the paperwork. The touch screen table made the signing of the paperback fast and simple. No more bundles of paperwork, just a flash drive with all signed paperwork. More
Problem not fixed We brought our MDX in for maintenance and noise. The service people said they weren’t able to diagnose because the noise was not there when they teste We brought our MDX in for maintenance and noise. Today, we brought the car back to the shop to get the sound checked again. We brought the car in at 7AM, and we called again at 4PM because we did not hear any updates at all, they said they did not have any updates and would call back because they are too busy. To add, all of the times we have been, we have requested a loaner car as it is our only vehicle. The response is always there are no loaners available. I understand for normal maintenance, however, if you know that the car can’t be fixed in one day, loaners should be available for their customers. More

Air Conditioner Repair Service consultant Ashley was excellent. My one concern was the scheduling of the appointment. I needed to wait for the repair, but the appointment was scheduled for 1:00 PM. I got there on time, but when I finished with Ashley, all technicians went on lunch break. I ended up waiting 4 hours for the repair. If my appointment would have been scheduled for 2:30 PM, I could have saved myself 1.5 hours of sitting in the waiting area. More
Battery replacement - within warranty I worked with Ashely and she was very helpful from the start, trying to understand what happened with the vehicle. I mentioend the car and battery were still new (only 3 yrs since purchase date) and parts were OEM. She suspected battery but also said it was important to check to the alternator. She laid out a plan of checks and when she would contact me. Car was ready well before the time she initially mentioend it might take. Turned out to be battery replacement, within warranty. Overall, great job and effortless fix for me. More
