The job was completed before the time promised and Ashley reviewed exactly what was done in the service, and happily answered the questions I had. Afterwards, Ashley even walked me back to my car, handed me the key, and sent me on my way! More

Finally I have a chance to write a review for him?He is a really nice person and very friendly to customers. He always thinks about the customer. He arranged a Lyft drop off and pick up for me when I needed to go home while my car was having maintenance. I feel he gave me the best service. The Most Gracious Car Sales Man Ever If there is such a thing, Mr. Robert Whitlow was the most patient, knowledgeable, respectful sales man I ever came in contact with. He listened to my needs attentively, advised me in his experience and area of expertise and respected me as a woman of color (which is rare)! Igor on the other hand was a bit pushy and seemed annoyed at my questions and concerns, in which later I expressed to him that he needed to relax. I also felt his offer on my trade in was extremely low, with all the features that it has. To all you car sales men through out the entire world, Robert Whitlow is an example as to how you should treat people that are pondering whether to buy an Infiniti or Acura, my choice was obvious :o). Never prejudge a person looking to gift themselves with their own financing, they could just be your blessing in disguise! More

2012 Acura Service I drive farther to get to Acura of Pleasanton because I have been receiving exceptional service beginning when I bought my new Acura. Every time I br I drive farther to get to Acura of Pleasanton because I have been receiving exceptional service beginning when I bought my new Acura. Every time I bring my car in for service, I’m treated exceptionally well by friendly people who know my car best, provide quality parts and maintenance work, are responsive to my questions, return the car as scheduled, and for a price that makes sense. This last time, the service team, and Gary Chan, went above and beyond to locate and recommend replacement of a noisy tensioning pulley, I had been ignoring the noise, and made no mention when I checked in my car. But the team identified, quoted the additional repair, and performed the work to eliminate the noise. Gary provided a loaner car during my entire service, which took place over 4 days. The loaner car was, and has been in the past, a huge benefit and a reason for my return business. I’d like to especially recognize Gary Chan who kept me updated on service status even on his day off, made sure that all the work was completed, and who always presented me with a pleasant, super helpful attitude. Trust and loyalty are earned slowly but can be lost with one bad experience. I can truly say I feel the team, especially Gary who recently helped me, is always striving to be technically best, provide quality, provide responsiveness, deliver as promised, all for a price that makes sense.
