Since I was not in a rush to purchase, Helder sent me many online links over about a 6 week period. I was looking for a Certified Pre-Owned with specific criteria. When that car became available, the transaction was a pain free process (unlike other dealerships, I've had the misfortune of dealing with). Sam was equally easy to work with and, except for an issue with my bank, the transaction was smooth, quick and painless. I would highly recommend Acura of Pleasanton, when you're ready to purchase your next car. More
