Great sales costumer service! I worked with Igor before and I was very happy to have worked with him again. In addition, I met Farouk and he was great as well. Since my TLX had a design flaw and my engine/ and I was very happy to have worked with him again. In addition, I met Farouk and he was great as well. Since my TLX had a design flaw and my engine/transmission was being rebuilt, I wanted to see what my options were depending on the status of my loan and equity of the TLX. Turns out, my TLX lost much of its value because the design flaw and left me with a loan way more than what the car was worth. Ugh!!! Igor and Farouk took the time to see what my options were. Turns out the car I really wanted was on the lot: RDX all wheel drive in red! I am now out from under a negative loan and leasing a brand new RDX. Thank you, guys!!! More

Mike is a great service consultant who is very responsive and considerate. Definitely recommend working with mike would refer friends to service department. Very easy process.
