Kind and Patient Xavier is the most detail oriented sales person ever. Most sales people I’ve encountered at other dealerships usually get inpatient and just want to rush you through everything to make a sale. Xavier not only exceeded my expectations, but I highly recommend only going to him when considering an Acura. He really does his homework and knows all the in and outs of every Acura sold on the lot. This is surprisingly rare, as most other sales people I’ve encountered at other dealerships only knew about 50% of a car’s specs. Speaking of patient and kind, Gabe is the best sales manager ever who proves that kindness and patience (instead of intimidation), can go a really long way. Unlike most sales managers who tend to hide from the client until they are needed to intimidate a customer into purchasing right away, Gabe was very patient and kind. He actually worked with me directly a lot of the time during the negotiation process, which was a pleasant interaction since I didn’t need to do a lot of back and forth for a great price. Sam, who worked with me in finance was very straight forward and didn’t try to sell me stuff that I didn’t needed. More

We were going to buy a new Ford Edge ST but we brought our TL in for service and looked at the RDX in the showroom. Robert Whitlow helped us and showed the advantages of the RDX over the Edge. We took a test drive and loved the car- we came back the next day and purchased the RDX. Robert, Peter and Sam were excellent! More

When I started the after after my recent return from vacation, I was greeted with a Christmas tree of warning lights. I was given appointment right away. The team was considerate of my time and started the diagnostics quickly. It was apparent that this was going to take longer than a couple of hours. I was given a loaner car and my car was ready by Monday. This dealer needs to review their policy of limited distance Lyft rides when they have no loaner cars. If one had not shown up unexpectedly, I would have had to find my own way back home. More
