Top notch service I wasn’t disappointed about the top level Service I received at Pleasanton Acura. Ashley was simply amazing. She checked me in and walked me through I wasn’t disappointed about the top level Service I received at Pleasanton Acura. Ashley was simply amazing. She checked me in and walked me through the entire process. I didn’t feel like a burden at all and I think I was there before she had her morning coffee. I was provided with transportation to my job and back to the dealership when my car was ready to be picked up. The Service crew did an fantastic job on my vehicle and even vacuum it out and offered to wash it for free. WOW. Customer for life. AG More
