Great customer service My service representative, Marisol was thorough in asking why i brought my car in, she listened to the problems. The service center found the issues a My service representative, Marisol was thorough in asking why i brought my car in, she listened to the problems. The service center found the issues and Marisol got back to me promptly. She explained the costs and recommendations and wasn’t pushy about it. Additionally, she explained her own experience with the radiator thermostat. She also asked me to check with the mechanic that helped me last to see if my battery was still under warranty. Overall great customer service and i trust Pleasanton Acura’s service center mechanics, they’re excellent! More
