I purchased my RDX in 2013 and although I live an hour from this dealership, I have ALWAYS maintained my vehicle here. The primary reason is because my car buying experience was so exceptional that I couldn’t imagine taking my vehicle anywhere else for servicing. I once tried to take my car into my local dealership and was so displeased. Never again. Marisol Arvizu has been the service consultant that has been helping me the past few years. She has provided me with exceptional customer service in a manner that has been quick, efficient and thorough. I am always informed of the necessary recommendations for maintaining my vehicle while never feeling pressured to do more than I am comfortable with or paying beyond my budget. I appreciate the fast and friendly service that I always receive from Marisol, Landon and the rest of the service department team. They are the reasons I will remain a lifetime Acura of Pleasanton customer and will continue to send all of my family and friends here for their car buying and maintenance needs! Thank you! More

Great experience I went in just to look around and see what I like. Robert came out right away and helped me test drive a few before I found one that was perfect for m I went in just to look around and see what I like. Robert came out right away and helped me test drive a few before I found one that was perfect for me. He didn’t try to sell it to me, just helped me figure out if it is a good fit or not. I went home to think about it and came back the next morning, but Robert was not working. I told him I was there and he came in on his day off to help me! I was very impressed by the whole team, Igor, Peter and Justin. They made the process nice and easy for me and I left feeling very satisfied :) More
