Horrible service and ripped my lather seats I had recently given my car for service here and they had kept the car for the weekend due to couple of issues. When I went to pick up the car, I not I had recently given my car for service here and they had kept the car for the weekend due to couple of issues. When I went to pick up the car, I noticed that the driver leather seat was ripped and had slashes on it. So I raised the concern to the service adviser and initially the guy just came back saying that the seat was like that when they got it. I asked to speak with the Manager (Craig) and the manager asked the service guy who worked on the car. The service guy admitted to the damage (caused by him) and so the manager said he will speak to the director about this issue. After a week of no calls back from the manager or the director, I called to follow up and the manager says that they will not take the responsibility since the damage was already there (but service guy had admitted that the damage wasn't there when car came). Now, the manager claimed that the service man never said that that (when he admitted to it in front of me). This was very unprofessional, the manager was yelling at me and telling me that the damage was caused by me and the dealership will not take the responsibility of the damage. More

I had researched 2months, test drove at dealer in Central Jersey, and negotiated at 4 other Acura dealers in NJ. I ended up driving an 1hr 20mins for the deal, I learned about Ramsey Acura from comments on an Edmunds. I had thought there'd be a catch or some b.s. but Barry Lavorgna delivered on everything he said he would before and after the sale. My experience was very straightforward and would absolutely do business with Barry again. JB Navarro was the Finance Rep who handled the final financing numbers, docs and signing (did a good job and recommend him). I would absolutely recommend these guys and this dealership to my friends and family. More
Best car dealer experience. My wife and I were out looking to trade our two Hondas in for one bigger car. We almost missed the entrance to this dealership. Luckily we didn't. Both Manny the salesman and JB the financial guy really helped us out. They gave us a good price on the RDX and both our trade ins. They both were extremely knowledgeable, enjoyable and funny to talk with. We recommend this dealer and highly recommend speaking to Manny and JB if you stop by. More

Friendly and not pushy My wife and I went in over a year ago and looked at SUVs. We shopped around and landed on the MDX. Talked to Art and he was very helpful. Assumed he would call us weekly trying to get us back in, but he only called once a couple months after to check-in. After we finally decided to pull the trigger we went back and worked with Art and he was once again very helpful. Despite the normal haggling over price it was a great experience. I hate buying cars and in the end you never know what is the lowest price which is nothing the dealer can mitigate unless they eliminate the negotiation. That aside it was a pleasant experience and I would recommend to a friend. More

I would not have purchased any other car or have gone to any other dealership to do so. Sales department, in particular Stuart Fogler, has been nothing but a pleasure to deal with. My previous Acura MDX has never been serviced by anyone but their service department (I live upstate NY) and every time I was there I was treated by a professional, knowledgeable staff; received a loaner auto requested when mine needed to be serviced. I would recommend this particular dealership to anyone looking into purchasing an Acura automobile. More
Awfull experince I have purchased/leased 4 cars in the past so I would consider myself somewhat experienced. They try to "get" you. They tack on more fees. Interest rate went up etc. The typical bait and switch ( we don't have the color or trim you want but for $1,500 more you can have this). So not trust worthy. Never shop here. More

Outstanding Service and Friendly Staff I unexpectedly found myself in the market for a new car after my son totaled my previous one (thankfully, no one was injured). I don't normally enjoy the car shopping experience and becoming a "motivated buyer" against my will I went into this experience with low expectations. After visiting a number of dealerships, I was lucky enough to land at Acura of Ramsey. The team there was great! They answered all my questions and, even though they knew I was a "motivated buyer" I felt no pressure to make a hasty decision. Stu was a "rockstar" and made me feel like I had been a customer of his for years. He walked me through the process from beginning to end and made sure I was completely satisfied with my choice of model, features, and then Dave explained all my financing options. Stu even arranged for my wife and I to see the actual car I was buying on the off site lot (near the dealership) prior to committing. Joe, the GM, even popped in to make sure we were pleased with our purchase. He also made us feel like we had been customers for years. The team certainly won my loyalty by turning a potentially stressful experience into a pleasant one. I recommend this dealership highly. More
