I live in NYC and was in contact with all the major dealerships in the Tri-State area and had narrowed down my negotiations down to two dealerships- Ramsey and Park Ave. The dealer at Park Ave was ambiguous and deflective with my questions regarding certain costs and money down and took his time answering my emails. I could tell (and figured out where) I was getting squeezed by him. Rafael, was the exact opposite. Transparent and straightforward. I had done a TON of research and I am an educated consumer. Rafael treated me as such and made my experience hassle free and pleasurable! I could not ask for more from him! He was also incredibly patient (as I know I can be overly thorough) and my 10 year son liked him a lot. This dealership is amazing and the employees here are extremely courteous. I always assumed Lexus dealerships had the best customer service, boy was I wrong! The environment just feels professional and stress free.The sales associate Manuel Cordero is very polite and knowledgeable, the finance manager, David Schnapper makes the paperwork stress free and especially Stuart Forger,what I love about Stuart is how he takes the time to communicate in a very warm none intimidating manner. Stuart is a well season person with over 10years experience with Ramsey Acura he know how to treat customers. I return after 9 years and once again a very happy customer , my wife is coming soon .
