Brian Waters is by far the best Car Salesman!! Brian was an absolute pleasure to work with and he genuinely wants to help his clients as much as he possibly can. He is the opposite of the expectation people have of car salesman. He is not pushy at all, he does not try to convince you to buy anything. Acura's sell themselves, Brian is there as a client advocate to help them as much as possible period. He help us get as much as possible on our trade in and an excellent value on our new MDX! After the deal was done and we had our new MDX Brian helped take the child car seats out of our volkswagen that we traded in. One came out after about a half an hour of Brian's relentless effort. The 2nd car seat was not so easy. After an hour at least on the 2nd car seat we actually called the Ramsey Police because the car seat would not budge at all. The dealership closed at 8pm. The deal was done. Brian did not leave the dealership until after 10pm. The entire time he was sweating and trying everything possible to help get this car seat out. We finally had to give up, the Ramsey officer could not even remove it. This shows the kind of person is. I can not say enough about his character and professionalism however he is down to earth and he keeps it real as well. I hope to be able to send some referrals his way to return the favor of his going above and beyond with trying to help us every step of the way and After the deal was done! More

When he called as promised, he described all of the issues found with my car, let me know that there were TSBs out for most of them, and explained my options for the normal wear items that needed to be addressed. When I returned to pick up my car, he had everything ready for me, and got me on my way quickly. Fortunately the big ticket items were covered under warranty, and I have no idea what the service will be like when I am paying my own way, but when the time comes to address something else on my 2014 MDX, I will give Ramsey a try ...
