Did not have to spent a day dealing with people that have to run back and ask there manager for an answer of every question asked. Winslow answered all of my questions timely, negotiated the price of my lease and the buyout of the vehicle that I turned in. Had the car in one day of my agreement. No hasseling about purchasing add ons and warrantees which can lead you to spending hours in a dealership. Pleasant experience. No pressure, hassel and time wasted.
