After posting this review, Joe the GM of Wappingers Acura, contacted me in order to discuss everything that had happened. I was very pleased with our conversation and fully believe that this situation may have been an isolated one, and at the very least one they will not allow to happen again in the future. All businesses experience hiccups and growing pains...what's important is how one deals with such hiccups...and I'm confident they will learn and grow from this. So if you're in the area and looking to buy an Acura stop in and give them a chance...if things go south ask for Joe...he's professional and may be able to make it right!
