Which is how he introduced himself to me. Being that you get rated, it would have been nice to know his real name. Your location was the first my wife and myself decided to go. Spoke with Matt Belov and Jose Crespo last year in November and in December. My wife gave Matt her information as well as a copy of her license. We test drove the RDX Tech Package with Jose. Jose called me on the last week of December, only to tell me he'll call back with numbers. He never did. We decided to go to another dealer. To make this long story short we are very interested in purchasing the RDX with Tech Package but since your manager "Tony" said I can take my business elsewhere, I will. His exact words were " This is how we do business, I was to give him the information and if not that I can do business elsewhere." Mr. Crespo was knowledgeable in his experience with a luxury sedan. He was attentive to our needs. He was friendly and sociable. Our sales representative was very good, he went above and beyond to make the sale and take care of us when we picked the vehicle up. The delivery process went smoothly. The vehicle was ready, with the adde beyond to make the sale and take care of us when we picked the vehicle up. The delivery process went smoothly. The vehicle was ready, with the added equipment installed, when we arrived. The cleaning and detailing could have been better. Some issues were missed in cleaning the car such as fully removing the residue of stickers on windows, etc., but overall the car was clean. This may have been the result of being very busy at the end of the year. This is our first time buying a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle so we knew there would be some minor imperfections (scratches, dings, etc.). Most were taken care of. Overall we were satisfied with purchasing a car from this dealership. More

I have been dealing with Acura of Westchester for over 25 years. In June I leased my 4th MDX and last month, I leased an RLX for my wife. As for me, I would not even consider dealing with another dealership for my car needs. The people I have dealt with over the years have been superb and this time around was no exception. Our primary sales contact was Rob Ellard. If you are looking to be treated in the nicest way with absolutely no pressure, this is the salesperson to use. His kindness is obvious. You truly feel all he wants to do is satisfy is customers. I have known Rob a long time and this is probably the single most important reason for his success. The general manager, Ken Hicks, has had involvement in my car purchases since 1987. There has NEVER been a time I left Acura of Westchester with a desire to go elsewhere. When it comes time to complete the financing aspect of your purchase/lease, Alex will like Rob, advise you of accessories, but will in no way try to talk you into something you do not want. What a pleasure to be able to drive a consistently reliable vehicle and know that you have people like this to deal with! More
