David Santos is the bomb diggity! ! I am always cautious coming into dealerships because I feel it’s always an unexpected costly thing outside of my reasoning to being there. David was ! David was in process of leaving out when I showed up and stopped to help me. He advised me of the wait til since I was super earlier and kept me in the loop via text regarding status. When additional recommendations came he wasn’t pushy and simply highlighted some of the issues that I should address asap since I drove around with my kids inside. That’s the true art of selling. Attaching an emotional connection to the problem for resolution. I drove 2 hrs to this dealership due to open schedule availability and I will be back soon to David to address these concerns not only because it’s needed but because David knows how to handle business effectively. I recently purchased my second vehicle from Acura of Westchester. My first purchase in 2024 was largely due to the manager (Nick R) making sure we got the deal done. She created a comfortable, friendly, non-pushy environment to purchase a new car. When I return to Larchmont Acura I will definitely seek her out. She listened to our needs, asked pertinent questions, and let us take our time deciding on a vehicle, no rushing us or arm twisting, just effective sale skills.
