I was shopping for a new TL and can only say that Frank told me my trade in was worth 4,000 less than what Bedford Hills gave me. When I told him it wasn't even Kelly Blue Book wholesale, he said "that's told me my trade in was worth 4,000 less than what Bedford Hills gave me. When I told him it wasn't even Kelly Blue Book wholesale, he said "that's all they will give you". I understand the game of using the trade in to off set the purchase, but even on the Purchaser, Bedford was another $1,000 less. If Acura of Westchester wants to play hardball, let them do it with other people. I prefer the legitimate business people at Bedford instead of the sales games. More

Today I leased an Acura 2013 TSX. This was my first lease and first new car. I chose Acura of Westchester because my boyfriend had highly recommended them. My boyfriend spoke to Mr. Hicks and explained to him what we were in the market for and what I wanted to spend. Mr. Hicks then paired us up with Ms. Ryder and told her what we were in the market for. Ms. Ryder then took me for a test drive. She was very knowledgable about Acura products and the services offered. She took her time to explain how the many features of the vehicle worked. I never felt pressured or rushed anytime during this process. She was friendly and professional throughout the whole process which was a breeze. They handled everything from getting me my license plates to notifying my insurance company. The only thing I had to do was to bring a certified bank check.
