I called in to Acura of Westchester, and Liam Tully took my phone call. I explained to him during our brief conversation, that the lease on my 2008 Acura TL was soon expiring. But, that there was an issues my phone call. I explained to him during our brief conversation, that the lease on my 2008 Acura TL was soon expiring. But, that there was an issues that concerned me in regards to some credit troubles I had experienced a few months earlier. From the very beginning Liam did not make false promises and just told me to stay positive and that he would his best to set me up with an optimum deal. Well, I'll be honest I did reach out to two other dealers that did make promises they ended up not keeping. When I told Liam about it he said, just to be patient and to give him a chance to work everything out. On the day after I have to admit, there were some doubts about what could be done being that my credit was not in the condition that it was 3 years ago. At about 1:30 pm Friday afternoon Liam called and told me he had good news for me, I would turn in my 2008 Acura TL and get to drive away with a 2011 Acura TL, which is a gorgeous car by the way and still keep the same payment I had before which for me was and still is manageable. To say the least happiness set in, and taking in consideration my credit issue, Liam bent over backwards to get a great deal done for me. Liam is for sure a true sales professional, courteous and never made false promises he knew could not be kept, and that more than anything goes a long way for me as a consumer. Would I recommend friends and family to Liam Tully of Acura of Westchester? Unequivocally, positively, without a doubt YES!!!
