Multi Car Service I brought my car in for two issues one was a powertrain warranty on my ZDX and the other was a recall on my TL. I bought my Acura from the dealership 4 years ago and although I've owned many cars, this is the best service experience I've ever had. Every person there is dedicated to your satisfaction. Let's face it, servicing a car is usually not the most pleasant experience, but at Acura, they do everything possible to make it not only easy, but something that puts a smile on your face. I've had a few service advisers and they were all great, but Shannon takes the top prize. She must have tons of customers, but I felt like her top priority and she really went the extra mile for me. I'm writing after my most recent service visit, but really am commending Acura Westchester on their entire body of work.
