Beth Hicks, my service consultant on this visit was really friendly and professional, made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked up to the counter to speak to her. I didn't want to wait long, so I declined the offer for the complimentary car wash. To my surprise my car was serviced and washed in a timely manner. Excellent Polite and Efficient Service When I called to set up an inspection appointment, I said I would be in a hurry and would need the car in a half hour. When I arrived, the service rep, Beth, immediately arranged for service. Twenty minutes later, she said it was finished. She asked if I'd like to wait 10 more minutes for a car wash. In the meantime, she had the paperwork ready. Beth and her co-workers did everything they could to provide good, friendly and fast service. Shannon and Beth are why we not only service our Acura at Larchmont Acura, but also our Honda. More

Although I had only scheduled an annual inspection, I mentioned a couple of other concerns when I arrived for my appointment. Beth Hicks was very professional and made sure that all of my concerns were addressed. Perhaps most importantly, she kept me informed of the status of my car and the progress of my various service requests. After Acura moved out of NYC, I went to a couple of non-Acura dealers for service in NYC because of the convenience but I ended up having frustrating experiences and ultimately spent more time than I do now driving up to Acura in Larchmont where I can trust that I will be treated fairly and honestly. More

Even though I have to drive 45 minutes each way to come to Acura of Westchester, I happily do it because Chris offers genuine advice, inspects the parts for actual wear before recommending replacement / servicing, and most importantly ... he treats his clients with mutual respect.
