Acura of Westchester - Service Center

Felt like i was doing them a service. Just now that i think about it i am getting the same feeling as when i left the acura of westecvhester service center. Quick points: I was charged by the cashier $ 5.01 more than what i was told. The car w[as not vacuumed correctly; it still had paper and dirt on the floor mats and i even found an empty plastic bottle under the seat. No one told me my car was ready to go and they parked my car i like an idiot i was sitting in the waiting area. If it was not for my sales rep which kept checking on the service i would probably still be in the waiting area. Mr. Anthony Meed got the key for me escorted to my vehicle. Mr. Meed made my day stay afloat. Thank you. My car still had the valet parking tag hanging from the rear view mirror. It still had the plastic around my car seat which had some grease. It had the service paper on the floor over the mat. my key had another tag for their reference All these complaints and more i experienced in my first visit to the acura of westchester service area on septemeber 15 2015. Consistently Best Service I've Ever Had I have purchased 3 cars at Acura of Westchester and brought 4 to them for service (I bought the first at another Acura dealer who couldn't solve my pr I have purchased 3 cars at Acura of Westchester and brought 4 to them for service (I bought the first at another Acura dealer who couldn't solve my problem -- Acura of Westchester did). Right now we have 2 Acuras and do all our service at Acura of Westchester. The quality of the work is excellent, the people are a pleasure to work with, and the prices are fair. Service and repairs are done correctly the first time. Assistant Service Manager Liz White is great, as are the Service Consultants I have worked with through the years. Alvin DeLeon, my current Service Consultant is a pleasure to work with. He knows his cars, is responsive, and offers excellent advice. Jimmi Lora drives me to and from work whenever I drop off one of our cars is also a pleasure to work with. Overall, this is a fantastic Service Department. More

Inside, the staff is very professional and attentive. Alvin always goes extra miles and always ask if there is something else I want them to check on my car. He makes sure my car is deliver to me nicely washed, cleaned and on time. Elizabeth is always there making sure that all customers are completely satisfied with their service visit.
