I brought my 2004 TL in for service because of a warning light concerning my airbags. Everyone I spoke to at Acura of Westchester was very responsive and friendly, in particular Sal Gambitta, the service co light concerning my airbags. Everyone I spoke to at Acura of Westchester was very responsive and friendly, in particular Sal Gambitta, the service consultant. They quickly diagnosed the problem and scheduled a follow-up at my convenience for the actual repair after a part was ordered. They also performed a general check up to detect any other issues that might require attention, which proved very helpful. The waiting area was clean and customer friedly. The repair was completed at no charge for parts or labor because it was covered under a lifetime Acura warranty. They also washed the car for free. Frankly, since I bought my first Acura in 2000, I have not had a bad experience with Acura of Westchester. More

I brought my Acura MDX 2004 in yesterday for a recall notice. While there I asked Sal to change the oil and change snow tires to regular ones, do an inspection and check 2 other minor items. However, the charge of $110.60 is very high compared with Mavis on Mamaroneck Ave. ( $ 64.38) and Vincents Service station on Fenimore in Mamaroneck ($ 74.74) More

I've been having my RDX serviced at Acura of Westchester since I purchased the car in 2007. Through the years they have provided nothing but excellent service. They are friendly, thorough, and are always there when you need them. My most recent visit i worked with Shannon Lemon on having some body work done on the vehicle.
