I have been a customer of Acura of Westchester since 1992. I find this dealership to be the creme de la creme of dealerships in both the Sales and Service Departments.Thomas and Liz are superb customer 1992. When I get a call from the dealership after my service appointment, I continually suggest that Thomas and Liz should be loaned out and put in charge of staff development for other dealerships in the area. Anthony was my last salesman. He was courteous and a "knew what he was doing" guy. He invited me back to let him help me with any new features that I had on my new car. I did not take him up on his invitation, but I really believed he was sincere in offering that kind of support to me. The whole Acura of Westchester dealership is a warm and friendly place to go to when you're making a large purchase like a new car. They have all their ducks in a row in both Sales and Service. I recommend them every chance I get. People are constantly making comments about my Acura TL when I purchase gas, go the supermarket, etc. More

Excellent Service- Brought in my wife's 2007 Honda CRV for routine maintenance yesterday and NYS Inspection(1/2/13). Anytime I see Peter he is always a pleasure to deal with. This was my first service appointment for my new car. I was excited. I was there to have my oil changed and tires rotated. I had some questions about the cars performance and an issue with the stereo. was excited. I was there to have my oil changed and tires rotated. I had some questions about the cars performance and an issue with the stereo. When I pulled up for service, the lot is so cluttered with cars, you couldn't even park and walk in. There was no one tending the lot with direction. I just left my car blocking other cars from proceeding just so I could go inside to check in. I would think that an operation this size would have someone tending the lot. Just totalling unsatisfactory. The lot was "chaos" ok $55.00 for an oil change and correct a problem with the stereo. I couldn't wait around, I reiterated to the person servicing me that I had previously scheduled to have a loaner available. He said oh yeah and said he had a TSX available. When the car was presented to me 1. The car wasn't even cleaned...it was a white TSX however, the car looked like it hadn't been washed in 3 or 4 weeks. It was so dirty you could see 100 finger prints on the truck lid. 2. The interior of the car hadn't been cleaned either. Just an unpleasant experience all round. There was a rotten apple in the cup holder. JUST GROSS!!! When I returned the loaner car, no pleasantries, just "go see the cashier" The cashier was nice, friendly and organized. No one talked to me about what was done to the car or whether the issue with the stereo was addressed/resolved. NOTHING!! I will NEVER return to this dealership. I had an issue with my car on a friday, I was stuck in CT where I work. Sunday I had the car towed to acura of westchester. Chris was in and he is always a cool dude. Tom is my service guy but I have to admit Chris did such an awesome job just goes to show you anyone there can be of superior service. No one and I mean no one, takes customer satisfaction more personally than does Thomas Maxfiled at Acura of Westchester's service dept. We have been doing business with Acura of Westchester for years more personally than does Thomas Maxfiled at Acura of Westchester's service dept. We have been doing business with Acura of Westchester for years and frankly, Thomas Maxfiled has an awful lot to do with that fact. We absolutely feel that our car could not be in better hands, than when we leave it with Thomas. Thomas is excellent at his job and even better, he has a wonderful gift of explaining, so that we fully understand, what service/work will be done and when the work will be finished. We are not in any way related to Thomas Maxfield, we love him all the same. Thank you so much Thomas for all the years of wonderful service. We recently purchased another new Acura TSX from Acura of Westchester and Thomas, you were a strong point in that equation. Acura of Westchester is always ready to step up.
