Tom ask me what I was looking for and I told him what I had in mind he found the car in the lot talked to me about. It was a rainy day I told him"you know it's not a good idea to buy a car in the rain because water makes everything look good" he said ok if that's how you feel I will take the car inside and have it washed and dried so you can get a better look at it, impressive. Than he insured me that once I got the car home in the day light and seen anything I didn't like being it back and his detail crew would make it good. I met General manager Monty Wells also while I was there who also made me feel right at home with all the extra steps he took to make sure that everything worked out in my favor. The financial department was out standing also I had the pleasure to be taken care of by Herb Eller wonderful people to deal with very friendly, very respectable and understanding thank you all for all you do. An Unexpected Surprise! An internet advertisement for a GMC Acadia and Terrain brought me to Adams Chevrolet. Upon arrival, I was introduced to Justin Grzybowski. The vehicles of interest were prepared and waiting for me to test drive. Justin accompanied me on this adventure. We got to talking and I shared with him that I really wanted a white car with certain features in it. Justin was easy to talk with and payed attention to my desires. The Acadia was silver and lacked many features I was looking for, although a great, clean vehicle. I did confess that "I don't like Chevrolets" and explained why. Meanwhile, Justin was going through his inventory in his brain and came up with a particular Chevy that had all of my wish list, and more, in it. He told me he thought he might have something I would like. Low and behold he drives up in a beautiful "cream" (which was my most desirable color - but I never mentioned it to him, thinking I would probably not find that) Chevrolet Traverse, also in my price range. I was impressed with how it looked but was expecting it not to be comfortable inside. Boy was I SHOCKED! This was a dream car for me. The engine purred like a kitten, the seats were very comfortable, the drive was smooth and the many extra's included kind of blew me away. Nevertheless, I still wanted to drive another vehicle in it's class to compare it with. Justin was so patient with me as I test drove another vehicle. I never felt any pressure from him. He actually answered all my questions and concerns with each vehicle. Pulling into the lot with this one, I knew which one I wanted - that's right - the Chevy Traverse - hands down - the best option for me! My past experience with Chevrolets was that they were not comfortable inside. Boy have they CHANGED! Justin was so knowledgeable throughout the entire process. And the finance department walked me through a very PLEASANT experience to finance and achieve my goal. I purchased the vehicle and could not be happier! I intend to do more business with Adam's Chevrolet in the future! Thank you Justin for finding me the perfect car! More

Made Purchasing A Car A True Pleasure I had been search around for a specific package configuration for a new Camaro and Adam's Chevorlet had exactly the car I wanted, with the only proble I had been search around for a specific package configuration for a new Camaro and Adam's Chevorlet had exactly the car I wanted, with the only problem being that I lived in NJ over 2.5 hours away. I will be honest, the thought of negotiating and pricing out a vehicle at such a distance over the phone had me worrisome, but Justin could not have made the process more simple. From constant communication to answering questions before I could ask them, I truly could not be more impressed. When the day came I drove down to Maryland; the car was prepped, all the paper work had been prepared ahead of time, and within an hour I we were done and I was headed back to NJ. It was truly surreal that it was really that easy. More
